Janco has been Appointed as Exclusive CSA of BIMAN Bangladesh Airlines

Janco Holdings Ltd (Stock Code: 8035.HK) announces that Transpeed Hong Kong Ltd., a subsidiary of Janco Group, has been appointed by BIMAN Bangladesh Airlines, the national airline of Bangladesh, as their exclusive Cargo Sales Agent (CSA) starting from April 2018. The new appointment symbolizes a great success of Janco in the development of GSA and CSA businesses.

BIMAN cooperates with Etihad Airways (EY) to arrange a B777 cargo freighter to fly between Hong Kong and Dhaka. The cargo freighter is anticipated to fly 2 trips a week, currently scheduled on every Thursday and Sunday, with a total payload of 100 tons per flight, which more than half of the payload is allocated for Dhaka. The project not only shows BIMAN has put an emphasis in the Hong Kong market but also reflects BIMAN have confidence in the capabilities of Janco.
